RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel completely comfortable in our products. If something doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange your order.

Return Period

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return Requirements

For hygienic reasons, special conditions apply to swimwear:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
• All labels and hygienic protective foils must still be attached
• The goods must not show any signs of wear

Please try on swimwear exclusively over your underwear.

Exchange

A direct exchange is possible as long as the desired item is available.
Alternatively, you can also have your return refunded and place a new order.

Return

1. Register your return via our returns portal
2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible)
3. Send the package to the specified return address

You will bear the costs for the return, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. This can take up to 5–10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Should you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at office@callmeamore.com. In this case, we will of course cover the return costs.
