SIZE & FIT
What size do I need?
Our models are true to size. We recommend choosing your usual clothing size. Thanks to elastic, double-lined fabrics and adjustable details such as tie straps and shoulder straps, our designs comfortably adapt to your body.
If you are unsure, our size chart on the product page will help you choose the right size.
What if I am between two sizes?
If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size – especially if you prefer a more comfortable fit or desire more coverage. If you prefer a more figure-hugging fit, the smaller size may also be suitable.
Thanks to our elastic, high-quality fabrics and adjustable details, many models can be individually adapted. If you are unsure, our size chart on the product page will help you make your selection.
What does the fit indicate?
In every product description, you'll find information on the fit, helping you better estimate how the model sits on the body. For example, you'll learn whether an item has a rather snug, classic, or more covering cut, and whether it has adjustable details like ties or straps.
Additionally, you'll find details on the model's size and the size worn, to help you assess the fit even better.
VOUCHERS
Can I buy gift cards and send them to someone as a gift?
Yes, our digital gift cards are the perfect gift for special occasions. After purchase, the gift card will be delivered directly via email and can be sent either to yourself or directly to the recipient.
The gift card contains an individual code that can be easily redeemed at checkout. Our gift cards have no expiration date and can be used for all Call Me Amore products.
How do I redeem a voucher?
You can easily redeem your voucher code at checkout. Enter the code in the "Voucher or Discount Code" field and click "Apply". The corresponding amount will be deducted from your order immediately.
If the value of the voucher is higher than the order amount, the remaining credit will be retained and can be used for a future order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once your order has been received, it will usually be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery time within Europe is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping provider.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number so you can track your order at any time.
Please note that during periods of high demand or special sales promotions, there may occasionally be longer delivery times.
How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout based on your delivery country and selected shipping method, and are displayed transparently before you complete your order.
We offer free shipping for orders above a certain value. Whether your order qualifies for this will also be displayed directly in the checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number so you can track your package at any time.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within Europe. During checkout, you can easily check if your country is available.
We are working to expand our shipping to additional international destinations in the future.
Do I have to pay customs duties and import fees?
As we currently only ship within Europe, there are generally no additional customs or import duties.
In rare cases, additional fees may apply depending on the country of delivery and local regulations. These costs are beyond our control and, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
Is delivery available on holidays and weekends?
Delivery usually takes place on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Whether Saturday delivery is possible depends on the respective shipping service provider and the destination country.
No deliveries are normally made on Sundays and public holidays. If your order is shipped shortly before a public holiday or weekend, delivery may be delayed by a few days accordingly.
I haven't received my order – what can I do?
Please first check the tracking information you received by email after your order was shipped. There you will find the current status of your package.
Should your order be significantly delayed or if the tracking information does not show current updates, please contact us at office@callmeamore.com. Our team will be happy to help you locate your order as quickly as possible and find a solution.
PAYMENT
What payment methods are available?
We accept various secure payment methods, including credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment options which will be displayed at checkout depending on your country.
All payments are encrypted and processed through certified payment providers to ensure your data is protected at all times.
When will my payment be charged?
The invoice amount will be debited from the selected payment method immediately after completing your order. Your order will only be processed and prepared for shipping after successful payment confirmation.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, upon successful completion of your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. You can request the invoice from us at any time if needed.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment will be processed via secure and certified payment service providers. All data is transmitted encrypted and processed according to current security standards.
Can I change my payment method retroactively?
Once an order has been completed, the payment method usually cannot be changed. If your payment has failed or you need assistance, please contact us at office@callmeamore.com.
Why was my payment declined?
A payment can be declined for various reasons, such as insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or security checks by your bank.
Please check your details or try using a different payment method. If problems persist, please contact your bank or us.
What currency do you accept?
All prices are displayed in the currency designated for your delivery country. The final charge will be in the currency specified at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that swimwear only be tried on over underwear and that the protective strip not be removed. Items must be in their original condition and with all tags attached to be accepted for return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping myself?
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item, the cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer. For returns from all European Union (EU) countries to which we deliver, we charge a flat return fee of €9.99.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at office@callmeamore.com. In this case, we will of course cover the return costs.
Will I receive a refund if I return an item?
Yes, once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount to you using the original payment method.
Processing usually takes a few business days after we receive the return. Depending on the payment provider, it may then take a few more days for the amount to appear in your account.
Please note that shipping costs will only be refunded if legally required or if the return is due to an error on our part.
How do I register a return?
You can easily register your return via our returns portal. You can find the corresponding link in your order confirmation or here via our returns portal.
After registration, you will receive all further information and – depending on the country and shipping method – a return label. As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Where do you source your materials from?
We source our materials from selected suppliers in various countries, who meet our high standards for quality, comfort, and durability.
When selecting our fabrics, we pay particular attention to a pleasant feel, an excellent fit, and high resistance to sun, saltwater, and chlorine water. All materials are carefully checked before being used in our production.
Do you personally monitor the production process?
Yes, we supervise the entire production process with great care and maintain close, regular contact with our production partners.
From material selection and sample development to final quality control, we pay attention to every detail. This ensures that each product meets our high standards for design, quality, and workmanship.
Are your materials tested?
Yes, our materials are carefully tested before going into production.
We pay particular attention to wearing comfort, elasticity, color fastness, and resistance to sun, salt, and chlorine water. This ensures that our products not only look good but are also durable and comfortable to wear.
How do I properly care for my bikinis?
To ensure your bikini lasts a long time, we recommend rinsing it with cold water after each use to remove salt, chlorine, and sunscreen residues.
Ideally, hand wash your bikini with a mild detergent and lay it flat to dry in the shade. Please avoid using a washing machine, dryer, iron, or direct sunlight during drying to best preserve its shape, color, and elasticity.
